In that event we will be happy to work with you to make sure you're satisfied! One option is for you to exchange your item in its original packaging only for another wreath of the same value or be refunded the purchase amount. Refunds will not be completed until item is received. You will need to contact me within 2 days of the receipt of your item and to have a return shipment transaction generated.
