Returns and exchange details
All sales are final once payment is received. However, we believe in our products and we stand by them 100%. Since our wreaths are handmade there could be a time when a wreath may have a defect. In that event we will be happy to work with you to make sure you're satisfied! One option is for you to exchange your item in its original packaging only for another wreath of the same value or be refunded the purchase amount. Refunds will not be completed until item is received. You will need to contact me within 2 days of the receipt of your item and to have a return shipment transaction generated.
Shipping
We do ship all over so contact us for a quote outside of the lower 48...
We use a corrugated box to ship the wreath in. The wreath is secured with pipe cleaners to insure that the wreath does not move in the shipping process. Because the ribbons on the wreath are wired, they can be easily arranged if they get moved around a bit in the shipping process. We always try to ship your wreath out in 1-3 business days.
Additional policies and FAQs
The materials used in our wreaths are considered durable to outdoor exposure unless noted in the item's description. We would recommend hanging your wreath on a door that has a slight overhang. Unfortunately, over time, as with anything left outside, the sun will fade a wreath, some flowers and mesh more than others. But don't worry; your wreath should give you many seasons of enjoyment before that. A season would be considered one month at a time. For example, Thanksgiving would be hung for the month of November.
